Discover long-forgotten muscles and bring pleasure back to movement with Gentle Pilates! This class includes a variety of mat, seated, and standing exercises based on the Pilates movement method and designed to strengthen your core, increase your flexibility, improve posture, and build upper body strength. You will need: a mat, 1- to 2-pound weights, resistance band, 9-inch Gertie ball (or similar), and pillows or towels to cushion your bones. This is a 10-class series: Mondays 10:15 - 11:15am; February 12 - April 15, 2024. Class series fee: $55
