Aerobics Light combines low-impact, easy-paced aerobic exercises and simple dance steps set to music to improve your cardiovascular system, stamina, balance, and overall agility. The pace and movements can be modified to your own level. Class concludes with strength training using hand-held weights. You will need: weights, space to move around. This is a 10-class series: Tuesdays 10:00 - 11:00 am; October 22, 2024 - January 14, 2025 (no class 11/26; 12/24; 12/31). Class series fee: $55
