This is a 10-class series: Tuesdays 11:30am - 12 noon; December 16, 2025 - March 10, 2026 (no class 12/30, 1/6, 2/17). Fee: $28. You will be asked to sign in or create an account before purchasing a pass for the series.
Build strength and fine-tune your flexibility in Seated Stretch & Strengthen. You will practice a variety of movements designed to improve your posture, increase muscle strength and joint mobility, and lower your risk for falls. Includes some standing exercises (generally in the last 5-10 minutes of class). You will need: a sturdy chair, hand-held weights (2- to 6-pound, depending on your strength), and a resistance band.
