This is a 10-class series: Wednesdays 9:00 - 9:30am; June 17 - September 2, 2026 (no class July 22 & 29). Fee: $28. You may be asked to sign in or create an account before purchasing a pass for the series.

Tone and strengthen your core, increase upper body strength, and improve your flexibility and balance in this invigorating 30-minute Pilates Ball Workout. We use a large stability ball (aka Swiss ball) to add challenge and variety to Pilates-based movements. Beginners welcome!
