30-minute live preview: Gentle Pilates includes a variety of mat exercises designed to strengthen your core, increase your flexibility, improve posture, and build upper body and leg strength. You will need a resistance band (medium strength) and light weights (1- 3-pounds. Soup cans or water bottles work in a pinch!).
