30-minute live preview: Seated Stretch & Strengthen includes a variety of movements designed to improve your posture, increase muscle strength and joint mobility, and lower your risk for falls. Class concludes with standing exercises (5-10 minutes). You will need a resistance band and weights (2- to 6-pounds, depending on your current strength). Soup cans or water bottles work in a pinch.
