30-minute live preview:  Strengthen your legs and core, improve your flexibility and balance, and increase upper body strength in this intermediate level class. We use a large exercise ball (called a stability ball or Swiss ball) to add challenge and variety to Pilates-based movements. You will need a mat, stability ball (55- to 65-cm depending on your height), and hand-held weights.
