30-minute live preview:  Better Bones & Posture focuses on safe and effective standing and mat exercises that form the pillars of bone-healthy movement. The exercises are designed to improve posture and balance, increase strength and flexibility, and reduce your risk for falls. You will need a sturdy chair, mat, resistance band, and pillows or towels to cushion your bones while on the mat.
