This is a 30-minute sample from my 60-minute Zumba Gold class. Tone up, build strength, and dance your way to good health with this Latin-inspired, low-impact, cardio-based workout party! Learning and practicing dance moves can improve your balance, coordination, and agility, and is great exercise for the brain. We finish with 5 - 10 minutes of strength training (not included in this sample).
