Build strength and fine-tune your flexibility in Seated Stretch & Strengthen. You will practice a variety of movements designed to improve your posture, increase muscle strength and joint mobility, and lower your risk for falls. Includes some standing exercises (generally in the last 5-10 minutes of class). You will need: a sturdy chair, hand-held weights (2- to 6-pound, depending on your strength), and a resistance band.
