Start your morning with an invigorating half hour of Pilates-based mat exercises designed to strengthen your core, improve posture, increase flexibility, and build upper body strength. Prior Pilates experience helpful but not required. This is an intermediate level class, but many of the movements can be modified. You will need: a mat, 1- to 2-pound weights, a resistance band, and 9-inch Gertie ball (or similar). This is a 10-class series: Tuesdays 9:00 - 9:30am; June 14 - August 23 (no class July 5).
