Tone and strengthen your core, increase upper body strength, and improve your flexibility and balance in this intermediate level class using a large exercise ball to add challenge and variety to Pilates-based movements. You will need: a mat, stability ball, resistance band, and hand-held weights. (See How to Purchase a Stability Ball to determine what size to buy and where.) This is a 10-class series: Wednesdays 11:45am - 12:45pm; June 15 - August 24 (no class July 6).
