Tone up, build strength, and dance your way to good health with this Latin-inspired, low-impact, cardio-based workout. Learning and practicing dance moves not only improves your balance, coordination, and agility, it's a great workout for the brain! Class includes strength training with weights. You will need weights and space to move around. This is a 10-class series: Thursdays 11:15am - 12:15pm; June 16 - August 25 (no class July 7).
