Discover long-forgotten muscles and bring pleasure back to movement with Pilates! This class includes a variety of mat exercises based on the Pilates movement method designed to strengthen your core, increase your flexibility, improve posture, and build upper body strength. You will need: a mat, 1- to 2-pound weights, resistance band, 9-inch Gertie ball (or similar), and pillows or towels to cushion your bones.
