(Formerly called "Stretch, Strengthen & Condition") Build strength, stamina, and coordination in this 45-minute seated and active standing/light aerobic exercise class. You will practice a variety of movements designed to improve agility and balance, increase muscle strength and joint mobility, and lower your risk for falls. You will need: a sturdy chair (no wheels!), hand-held weights, and a resistance band. Many of the exercises can be performed either seated or standing, allowing you to modify as needed.
