Tone up, build strength, and dance your way to good health with this Latin-inspired, low-impact, cardio-based workout. Learning and practicing dance moves not only improves your balance, coordination, and agility, it's a great workout for the brain! Class includes strength training with weights. You will need: weights, space to move around. This is a 10-class series: Wednesdays 10:15 - 11:15am; November 30, 2022 - February 15, 2023 (no class 12/28 and 1/4).
