Tone up, build strength, and dance your way to good health with this Latin-inspired, low-impact, cardio-based workout. Learning and practicing dance moves not only improves your balance, coordination, and agility, it's a great workout for the brain! Class includes strength training with weights. You will need: weights, space to move around. This is a 10-class series: Mondays 9:00 - 10:00am; May 15 - July 24, 2023 (no class 5/29).
