Tone and strengthen your core, increase upper body strength, and improve your flexibility and balance in this intermediate level class using a large exercise ball to add challenge and variety to Pilates-based movements. You will need: a mat, stability ball, resistance band, and hand-held weights. (See How To Purchase a Stability Ball to determine what size to buy and where.) This is a 10-class series: Wednesdays 11:30am - 12:30pm; July 31 - October 9, 2024 (no class 9/4). Class series fee: $55
