Build strength, stamina, and coordination in this 45-minute seated and active standing/light aerobic exercise class. In Chair-Assisted Aerobics & Strength you will practice a variety of movements designed to improve agility and balance, increase muscle strength and joint mobility, and lower your risk for falls. You will need: a sturdy chair, hand-held weights (2- to 6-pound, depending on your strength) and a resistance band. Many of the exercises can be performed either seated or standing, allowing you to modify as needed. This is a 10-class series: Mondays 11:30am - 12:15pm; October 21, 2024 - January 13, 2025 (no class 11/11; 12/23; 12/30). Class series fee: $42
