Build strength, stamina, and coordination in this 45-minute seated and active standing/light aerobic exercise class. In Chair-Assisted Aerobics & Strength you will practice a variety of movements designed to improve agility and balance, increase muscle strength and joint mobility, and lower your risk for falls. You will need: a sturdy chair, hand-held weights (2- to 6-pound, depending on your strength) and a resistance band. Many of the exercises can be performed either seated or standing, allowing you to modify as needed. This is a 10-class series: Fridays 11:00am - 11:45am; October 25, 2024 - January 17, 2025 (no class 11/29; 12/27; 1/3). Class series fee: $42
