Tone and strengthen your core, increase upper body strength, and improve your flexibility and balance in this intermediate level class using a large exercise ball to add challenge and variety to Pilates-based movements. You will need: a mat, stability ball, resistance band, and hand-held weights. (See How To Purchase a Stability Ball to determine what size to buy and where.) This is a 10-class series: Wednesdays 11:30am - 12:30pm; October 23, 2024 - January 15, 2025 (no class 11/27; 12/25; 1/1). Class series fee: $55
