This is a 10-class series: Tuesdays 9:00 - 9:30am; January 28 - April 8, 2025 (no class 2/18). Fee: $28. You will be asked to sign in or create an account before purchasing a pass for the series.
Start your morning with an invigorating half hour of Pilates-based mat exercises designed to strengthen your core, improve posture, increase flexibility, and build upper body strength. 30-Minute Mat Pilates is an intermediate level class, but many of the movements can be modified. Prior Pilates experience helpful but not required. You will need: a mat, 1- to 3-pound weights, a resistance band, and 9-inch Gertie ball (or similar).
