This is a 10-class series: Mondays 11:30am - 12:15pm; April 21 - June 30, 2025 (no class 5/26). Fee: $42. You will be asked to sign in or create an account before purchasing a pass for the series.

Build strength, stamina, and coordination in this popular 45-minute seated and "active standing"/light aerobic workout. The movements are designed to improve agility and balance, increase muscle strength and joint mobility, and lower your risk for falls. Many of the exercises can be performed either seated or standing, allowing you to modify as needed. You will need a sturdy chair, hand-held weights (2- to 6-pound, depending on your strength) and a resistance band.
