This is a 10-class series: Mondays 10:15 - 11:15am; April 21 - June 30, 2025 (no class 5/26). Fee: $55. You will be asked to sign in or create an account before purchasing a pass for the series.

Discover long-forgotten muscles and bring pleasure back to movement with Gentle Pilates! This class includes a variety of mat, seated, and standing exercises based on the Pilates movement method. The workout is designed to strengthen your core, increase your flexibility, improve posture, and build upper body strength. Beginners welcome!
