This is a 10-class series: Fridays 11:00 - 11:45am; July 18 - September 19, 2025. Fee: $42. You will be asked to sign in or create an account before purchasing a pass for the series.
Build strength, stamina, and coordination in this fun and popular 45-minute class. We practice both seated and "active standing" aerobic exercises designed to improve agility and balance, increase muscle strength and joint mobility, and lower your risk for falls. Many of the exercises can be performed either seated or standing, allowing you to modify as needed. You will need a sturdy chair, hand-held weights (2- to 6-pound, depending on your strength) and a resistance band.
