This is a 10-class series: Wednesdays 9:00 - 9:30am; October 1 - December 10, 2025 (no class 11/26). Fee: $28. You will be asked to sign in or create an account before purchasing a pass for the series.

Tone and strengthen your core, increase upper body strength, and improve your flexibility and balance in this invigorating 30-minute Pilates Ball Workout. We use a large stability ball (aka Swiss ball) to add challenge and variety to Pilates-based movements. Beginners welcome!
