Start your morning with an invigorating half hour of Pilates-based mat exercises designed to strengthen your core, improve posture, increase flexibility, and build upper body strength. Prior Pilates experience helpful but not required. 30-Minute Mat Pilates is an intermediate level class, but many of the movements can be modified. You will need: a mat, 1- to 3-pound weights, a resistance band, and 9-inch Gertie ball (or similar). This is a 10-class series: Tuesdays 9:00 - 9:30am; July 30 - October 8, 2024 (no class 9/3). Class series fee: $28
