This is a 10-class series: Mondays 10:15 - 11:15am; September 29 - December 8, 2025 (no class 11/24). Fee: $55. You will be asked to sign in or create an account before purchasing a pass for the series.
Discover long-forgotten muscles and bring pleasure back to movement with Gentle Pilates! This class includes a variety of mat, seated, and standing exercises based on the Pilates movement method. The workout is designed to strengthen your core, increase your flexibility, improve posture, and build upper body strength. Beginners welcome! You will need: a mat, 1- to 3-pound weights, resistance band, 9-inch Gertie ball (or similar), and pillows or towels to cushion your bones.
